2025 STUDENTS AND GRADUATES PLEASE NOTE: Final transcripts will not be available until all test scores have been received from the State and final grade calculations have been processed. In past years, this has been in early to mid-July. If you have ordered a final transcript, please be patient. We will complete requests as quickly as possible, once everything has been finalized.

HOLIDAY HOURS
The District and our office will be closed Monday, May 26 in honor of Memorial Day. Orders can still be placed during this time, and we will continue processing them in the order they were received when we return to the office.
Please note that orders placed shortly before any closure dates may also experience delays due to the high volume of requests we typically receive. To avoid any timing issues, please place your orders as early as possible. We are unable to expedite or rush orders. Thank you for your understanding.

SUMMER HOURS:
Summer hours will begin Monday, June 2nd through Friday, July 25th. Our office will be open Monday-Thursday 8a.m.-4p.m. during the summer and will be closed on Fridays.

ORDER TRACKER STATUS:
We do not assign processors to orders. This allows the first available staff member to work on your order and helps prevent processing delays for you. When checking status in Order Tracker, you will see "Payment Received" and "not assigned to processor" until your order is complete. Please note that we process requests in the order received. Be sure to check your email regularly for any messages or information requests from our processing team. If you have a question, please send us a message through Order Tracker and we will be happy to assist.

TO PREVENT DELAYS WITH YOUR ORDER:
MTC/Career Prep records requests MUST list applicable program(s).
Please list program(s) attended in the "Special Instructions" text box, on the order form.
ALL orders MUST include a valid photo ID or release form.
For alumni orders, we will accept a current driver license, state-issued ID, or US Passport. In lieu of a photo ID, a notarized Identity Verification form may be used.
Third party requests must include a release form signed by the student.
Orders missing the proper identification documentation, program information, or requested information after three (3) business days will be subject to cancellation. Please respond promptly.
